We had our first snow of the season overnight.
Very light, but enough to record the movements
of some little creatures.
Squirrels, rabbits...
...and my favorite, a hopping bird.
Oscar helped me look.

- I'm learning to live with the loss of my husband in this next chapter of my life.
I love bird tracks in the snow. And other little-creature tracks too. We had one big snow in early November, and it's been dry since (but very cold - 10ยบ right now). It feels strange to be snowless but I'm not complaining!
