Ah, Downton Abbey, you did not disappoint!
Don't worry - no spoilers here. It was a wonderful episode, some plot lines resolved, many still unresolved, and I'm looking forward to Season 3. And watching repeats of Season 2 on PBS, which they will surely have.
I agree... I really enjoyed the last episode and promise not to give away any spoilers to those who haven't seen it yet. But, having said that, I do wonder what the next season will hold for the Crawley girls ... will Lady Edith find love? ... what new characters will be introduced? As for Hugh Bonneville, the only word that comes to mind is ...yum! :D

Just finished watching it a few minutes ago, and I agree. Thank goodness they finally wound up that one storyline - I couldn't bear to have those two dancing around each other for another season.

P.S. Any ideas as to who really done in Mrs. Bates? I have two. Will have to wait until next season to see if I'm right.
What a wonderful last episode!! I have been watching all of the series on PBS/Masterpiece Theater website, which airs the next day, after the TV show. All of the shows will be aired through March 6(I think) so if you need a repeat or just your "Downton fix"you can watch there.
