Today I'm scheduled to pick up an older man (100)
and his much younger girlfriend
(I'm told she's about 80)
to drive them to church.
To do this for the first time
on the weekend daylight saving time ends
is a quadruple threat:
Will I get the time right?
Will they get the time right?
Will our caregiver for Sunday morning
get the time right?
And will her ride (she has no car)
get the time right?
The worst that can happen (I think)
is we all show up an hour early.
That's not so bad.
