A friend sent me a "Which DA character are you?" quiz, and I'm Sybil. That made me pretty happy - I like her character. So far, anyway. Who knows what will happen in future episodes.
Then I went to the PBS site and they have a different quiz from the Guardian, and I'm the Dowager Countess. Hmmm. OK, I can live with that. It says I don't suffer fools lightly. This quiz has the more amusing questions, like: If you are upstairs at Downton Abbey and hear the front door bell, what do you do? A. "What's a bell?" Very droll!
What if one of these quizzes had said I was O'Brien? Or worse, Thomas?! I think I won't take any more quizzes, just in case.
Oh dear, quiz #1 has me with Lord Grantham, honest and hardworking. Quiz #2 says Lady Mary and that's very nice. I think I would rather be O'Brian than the weak and frustrated Edith!

I haven't watched the latest episode. I was thinking about doing it on Tues. when husband and son were going to be taking cuttings for the nursery up north of here.Plans have changed and they'll be here. Not that they would care if I did.
I do like Lady Sybil.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting how the characters are being shaken up in Season 2 - Cousin Isobel is less appealing, Lady Edith less annoying, Lady G. suddenly has a backbone. Even O'Brian has a softer side. Thomas of course is a slimeball, world without end, amen. He's so GOOD at it, too.
